FraiseBec employs more than 300 workers each summer from May to October. Mostly berry pickers but also agronomists, irrigation technicians, field technicians, and translators for the foreign workers, sales clerk and others. (link with Employment)

If you are a responsible hard-working person, wishing to make money, all the while enjoying your work, join our dynamic team. All you have to do is come to the farm every day, and a job will be waiting for you. More than 150 people, young and old spend their summer days with us. Nothing is more rewarding than working outside, enjoying the fresh air and beautiful weather. One of the many advantages of berry picking is that you are paid by the yield, meaning that the harder you work the more you earn, which isn’t the case of many student summer jobs.
