Q. What is the late strawberry?

A. He late strawberry plant has a life span of only one year. Sown very early in spring, it is harvested three months later. In order to yield a good harvest, it requires a lot of attention, and cannot sustain any hardship during its growth.

Q. How long does the common (summer) strawberry field last?

A. If the field is cultivated with care, it can be kept for up to 3 years.

Q. What is the difference between the summer strawberry and the late strawberry?

A. There are many differences: taste, firmness, size, longevity and conservation, making the late strawberry the fruit of choice.

Q. Do we produce organically grown strawberries?

A. FraiseBec is presently testing new techniques in organic farming, but these are still in the trial stages… Come back for updates on this matter.
