USEFUL TIPS
Small berries such as strawberries and raspberries must be eaten
quickly and preferably, not left too long at room temperature.
To ensure they last longer, place them in the refrigerator’s
fruit drawer or in a cool place.
If you want to preserve them longer, sweeten them or freeze
them. The best freezing method for strawberries is to lay them
on a tray covered with aluminium foil and put them in the freezer
for 3 hours. Afterwards, store frozen strawberries in plates
or well-sealed plastic bags. This way, they will keep their
shape and be ideal to decorate your desserts.
